WE ARE 20 YEARS OLD!
20 years of operation may not seem much, but in a young industry it is a respentable age. We actually know a lot of stuff. Not bragging, it’s just that we’ve seen some things. Times have changed and so have we, mostly for the better.
Here are a few of the lessons
we’ve learned along the way.
1. Always think of
the customer.
They don’t always have to be right and they’re not always going to be happy.
But you have to put them at the center of everything you do. Otherwise you'll end up alone, with no customers at all.
Don’t increase
the prices
in the middle of the night.
